PHiSTiK is a pistachio brand rooted in place, memory, and flavor. Founded by Serdar Sinaci, a food professional born in Antep, Turkey, PHiSTiK was created to share exceptional pistachios in their natural pure form.
PHiSTiK sources single-origin pistachios from family farms in Antep and sells them in simple, familiar formats. With a focus on organic practices, highest quality, consistency, and minimal processing, PHiSTiK pistachios are ready to snack straight from the bag or transform your cooking and baking.
The two products, raw shell-off kernels and roasted, lightly salted shell-on pistachios, allow the remarkable ingredient and its Antep origin to speak for itself.
PHiSTiK is what pistachios are supposed to taste like.
NOTE FROM FOUNDER
I grew up in Antep, Turkey, picking pistachios from my family's groves. Their flavor is richer, more complex, and the color is a deep, vivid green you don't see in other pistachios. When you grow up there, you know the difference. PHiSTiK is my way of sharing these exceptional single-origin pistachios the way I've always known them, simple, honest, and true to their natural character.
